Add an instructor

A school can hold more than one instructor. Only the owner can invite one.

Send the invitation

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Add an instructor.
3. Enter their email address.
4. Select Send invitation.

They get an email, follow the link, and set their own password. They then keep their own diary, their own working hours and their own learners.

Note

Add an instructor only appears if you own the school. An instructor you invite cannot invite anybody else.

What an instructor can see

An instructor works inside your school. They see the school’s learners and the school’s wait list. Their diary is their own, and a learner books with the instructor who added them.

Private notes stay private to the person who wrote them.

If the invitation does not arrive

1. Ask them to check the junk folder. The email comes from no-reply@learnerapp.co.uk.
2. Check the address you typed.
3. Send the invitation again.
