Messages
Messages keep lesson changes off your personal phone number, and keep them in one place you can look back at.
Start a conversation
Section titled “Start a conversation”- Open Learners.
- Open the learner.
- Select Message.
That opens the conversation and puts a greeting in it. Type your message and send.
Read and reply
Section titled “Read and reply”Messages lists every conversation, with the newest first. Unread conversations carry a red count, and the same count sits on the Messages item in the navigation.
Messages arrive live. You do not have to refresh, and the count clears when you open the conversation.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”A learner who has installed the mobile app gets a push notification for your message. You get one for theirs. Push is set up when the app is installed and you allow notifications on the device.
