Book a weekly repeat
Section titled “Book a weekly repeat”Most learners keep the same slot every week. Use Repeat weekly in the booking form:
| Choice | Lessons booked |
|---|---|
| Just this once | 1 |
| 4 weeks | 4 |
| 8 weeks | 8 |
| 12 weeks | 12 |
Every lesson in a repeat is booked at the same time on the same weekday. The whole repeat is one series, which matters when you cancel: you can cancel one lesson, or every lesson still to come.
Why a booking is refused
Section titled “Why a booking is refused”Learner refuses a booking that clashes with a lesson already in your diary. The travel gap in Settings > Your details counts as part of the lesson for this check, so two lessons cannot be booked back to back when you need 15 minutes to drive between them.
Cancelled lessons never block a booking.
Booking from the learner’s side
Section titled “Booking from the learner’s side”A learner books from their own Book screen. They see only the slots that fit your working hours, your travel gap and the lessons you already have. A lesson they book appears in your diary straight away, and you do not need to approve it.
Learners see free times for the next 28 days. They can only book with the instructor who added them, which is you if you added them yourself.
