Your day at a glance

Today is your day sheet. It answers one question at a time: who is next, where you collect them, and when.

The three figures

The bar at the top of the screen shows:

• how many lessons you have today,
• your first pickup time,
• the time you finish.

Cancelled lessons are left out of all three.

The list

Below the figures, your lessons run in time order. Each row shows the time, the learner and the pickup address.

A gap of 45 minutes or more appears as its own row. Shorter gaps are not shown, because you cannot do much with them.

Open a lesson

Select any row to open the lesson. From there you can:

• call the learner, if you recorded a mobile number,
• open the learner’s record,
• mark the lesson as taught,
• cancel the lesson.

A clear day

An empty Today screen points you at the wait list. That is the fastest way to fill a gap, because the list is already in the order people asked.
